Knowing your home inside and out – what it needs and who it needs to take care of it in an efficient and timely manner is most important. Working to be ahead of maintenance issues instead of reacting to them is our specialty. We will put together a schedule for maintaining your home and a plan to execute when unforeseen issues arise. Having a solid list of reliable vendors on our team secures success of a timely resolution to any problem.
3. Project Management
Inevitably there are projects you either can’t be in Palm Beach to oversee or do not want to. We are your representative during meetings and assist in coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure your needs and vision are followed. We will work closely with the architect and contractor through every aspect of the project – ensuring that the project meets our clients’ expectations and is built to the highest standards. During the construction process, Pasqual Estate Management will provide regular updates with photos and any other important information.
4. Summer Inspections & Hurricane Preparedness
Summer Inspections
While you are away, we’ll take care of it all! We will devise a checklist specific to your property and your expectations when we close your house for the off-season, including preparations for any severe storms.
Hurricane Preparation
The best time to prepare for a hurricane is before it happens. We will develop a plan to prepare and protect your home before any storm strikes. This includes evaluating the property so that it is ready and secure in the event Palm Beach County is in the path of a major hurricane.

As part of our comprehensive service package, or as a more customized service coordinated with your family’s accountant or home office, we provide computerized accounting records for accurate records and expenses, as well as budgeting

Whether you are headed back to Florida for a long weekend or the entire season, we take it to the next level for you! We stock your refrigerator with no detail missed; fresh flowers, and valet service from the airport to your front door and back. We are here to make life easy and convenient.
