    Our initial assessment of your home will be comprehensive, including an overview of both interior and exterior elements. This initial evaluation will ensure we have a full understanding of the operation, your staffing needs, and your expectations for maintenance and service. We will customize your plan based on your feedback, taking into account whether you want on-site or remote service, or a combination of the two.

    HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS & PREPARATION

    The best time to prepare for a hurricane is before it happens. We will develop a plan to prepare and protect your home before any storm strikes. This includes evaluating the property so that it is ready and secure in the event Palm Beach County is in the path of a major hurricane. We know that whether you are here in Florida or not, the stress of a threatening storm can be overwhelming. We will be in constant communication, pre- and post-storm, to provide you updated information on your home. A full evaluation of the property, including a photo log, will be completed before and after the event so that you have peace of mind and a secure record if needed for insurance purposes.

    SUMMER INSPECTIONS | OPEN & CLOSING SERVICES

    While you are away, we’ll take care of it all! We will devise a checklist specific to your property and your expectations when we close your house for the off-season, including preparations for any severe storms. Prior to your travel back to Florida, we open it back up so that it is in perfect condition for your arrival, ensuring your comfort upon return. As part of this service, we perform weekly walk-through inspections of your landscaping, swimming pool, mechanical systems, generator (if applicable), electronics, security, etc. Should something need special attention, a detailed outline of the issues and estimated costs for repairs will be compiled so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed. Our team of experienced construction professionals will guide you through the information and process to correct the issue and ensure that prompt, quality service is delivered on time and on budget.

    ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

    As part of our comprehensive service package, or as a more customized service, we can provide household budgeting & bookkeeping; mail sorting and forwarding; appointment and calendar coordination, and social correspondence assistance. We can also generate monthly reports to keep you and your family’s accountant informed about the expenses of the property, and provide payroll and bill paying services at your request.

We will oversee everything from exterior landscaping and your physical plants, to the hiring of your household staff—and ensure that work is done efficiently. We will address your needs and “wants,” whether it be hospital corners and sparkling water on your bedside table, or a glass of wine at day’s end with Sinatra in the background on the loggia.     PROJECT MANAGEMENT | CONSTRUCTION SERVICES | MAINTENANCE

    Our experienced construction and maintenance team has 25+ years of experience in project management, design-build, and home renovations. Fully licensed and insured, we can do your small or large project (or even renovation!) in-house, on time and on budget. We also offer owner representation should you choose to hire a GC outside of our services. In these instances, we keep careful watch on your project in your absence with updates, photos and any important information you need to know. Of course, we are also here for any routine or bothersome home repairs that come up along with general preventative maintenance to preserve your asset’s value over the years.
